As the world’s leading indoor intelligent autonomous distribution robotics company, KEENON Robotics did not disappoint when they unveiled their new line of advanced service robots for the first time at the FOOD STYLE Japan 2022 exhibition.

With a heavy title to uphold, KEENON Robotics was able to live up to its name as the company debuted four service robots at the exhibition held at Tokyo Big Sight. Said exhibition is attended by many companies, businessmen, and entrepreneurs in the food, beverage, equipment, and service industry who are looking for ways and forward-thinking solutions that can help in expanding sales channels while overcoming challenges restaurants and retail industries are often faced with.

Given the wide array of demands and heavy expectations, KEENON Robotics focused on one main objective when it came down to their service robots, creating an overall good food experience. True enough, the four advanced service robots that were unveiled hit the bullseye and checked boxes from upper management down to the customer.

Starting with the DINERBOT, the service robot was designed with the staff in mind. The service robot can help in assisting staff employees to serve and retrieve plates to help boost a restaurant’s efficiency and service level. Ultimately, it will help cut down the number of tables and plates a staff employee would have to bus as the DINERBOT can help with half the work and carry multiple plates at a time.

KEENON Robotics unveiled three DINERBOT models during the exhibition, namely DINERBOT T5, DINERBOT T6, and DINERBOT T8. Each comes with selling points of its own such as intelligent obstacle avoidance, multimodal interaction, a 300-degree opening, and a SLAM localization and map construction system, to name a few.

It seems KEENON Robotics had the hotel industry in mind when they created the BUTLERBOT W3 as this service robot is capable of riding the elevator to deliver room service to guests. The advanced service robot that is BUTLERBOT W3 can deliver food, amenities, and even bedding to a guest who may have requested them day or night.

The service robot also has a privacy protector to keep the items or food enclosed, which also ensures that delivery will remain contactless from anyone it may have encountered along the way.
